It causes an impact on our sleep pattern which further increases hardship in our life. If we can understand these struggles first it will be easier to deal with them effectively.
2. Remember to maintain a good routine:
Even in the middle of tough times you must be aware of your daily activities and try to maintain them. Be it your sleeping schedule or eating habits, or even your daily habits which you do for timepass. The impact of habits is crucial in our life. The main habit which a lot of people neglect nowadays is their sleeping habit. A good 6-8 hours of sleep is absolutely important for maintaining our sanity.

Remember, only reading will not suffice. You must engage in your studies actively. Doing group study sessions, teaching the lesson to a friend, Noting down important topics, etc will eventually play an amazing role in getting ahead of your study materials. You can use flashcards to improve your memory. These will develop the way you think, calculate problems, and evaluate decisions.
3. Practice makes progress:
“Rome wasn’t built in one day.” Remember to always practice your lessons whenever you get the chance. Try to manage your time and focus on previously finished topics. Even at the hardest of times you should manage your time and find snippets of practice lessons. Re-do old lessons and go back to the starting. 7. Don’t be afraid to take breaks:
Remember whenever you feel down, you can take a break. Go rest for a while, go for a walk, or talk to a friend. You will be able to focus more if you can lessen the stress now. It’s never too late to start. Resting your mind is as much if not more important than resting your body. So try to get peace of mind, for some, this may come from listening to music, others, by persuing their hobbies. Find what makes your mind stay calm!
In the end, always remember to reward yourself with a proper thank you for the work you’ve done even in the tough times. Take a day off, go on a vacation, buy yourself something new. Remember that you just got through some rough days and you deserve some rest. No need to rush back into the grind, find some place to take a breather. Your exam preparation will be alright if you feel like it. Be grateful for what you have and remember to never give up!
